Born April 10, 1933 in London, England and passed January 1, 2018. Retired Judge, Superior Court, Los Angeles County appointed to newly-created position by Governor Reagan November 15, 1968 (oath November 18, 1968), elected in 1970, and reelected in subsequent elections. He retired December of 2000. He was commissioner of the same court July 28, 1967 to November 14, 1968. He was previously a city prosecutor in Inglewood, CA from November 1962 to July 1967, private law practice, Los Angeles, 1955-61. As a teenager and for a short while after leaving the army worked with Lavendar Hill firm of solicitors as office clerk and trainee clerk in London. He was a member of the California Judges Assn., the Municipal Court Judges Assn. of Los Angeles County, Kiwanis, Inglewood, 1967- and Phi Delta Phi law fraternity, 1958-. Kenneth was an instructor (Business Law), adult education program, Inglewood Unified School District, Inglewood 1965-. He also served in the English Army from 1951-1953 (Egypt). He attended Loyola Univ. Law School, Los Angeles, CA (now Loyola Law School) and received his Juris Doctor. Kenneth is survived by wife, two daughters and one step son.
