I'm very saddened to hear the news of Paul's passing. We were neighbors and friends on 16th street for many years. Paul was a kind and humble person. Always a smile on his face and a warm hello. He was always willing to lend a hand and help others. My thoughts and prayers are with the Gage family.
RIP Paul...you will be missed by many. ♥

We knew Paul as a gentle kind neighbor! Always willing to engage in a chat about everything. I saw him at work as a caterer at American and was always so helpful and willing to make all okay w/your food and beverages so my flight would run smoothly. He was very proud and involved with his whole family. Always remarking on their accomplishments. As a son I believe he was always vey devoted to his dad always going up Friday's for dinner w/him when he was alive. We were sad to see him move away but happy was moving into a lovely home close to his family. We are so grateful we knew him and are so sorry and sad for his passing..He will be remembered as a kind sweet soul!

Paul was our family friend and tenant on 16th Street for over 30 years. Paul loved to read books, watch sports and movies (Jurassic Park was a favorite). He liked going for walks, checking the surf and happenings in the neighborhood. He shared his place with his cat Scat and then Buddy his latest rescue cat. They were good companions. Paul was also a best friend to my now 94 year old mom Evie. They would take turns visiting each other and always greeted each other with a hug and kiss. Paul would help us and other neighbors keep watch and take in mail when we were out of town. He looked forward to Friday night dinners with his family at the Red Onion in PV and other family gatherings and holidays. His clean well-kept cars were also on his list of priorities that he enjoyed. Paul was a kind beautiful man that we will miss. His soft quiet energy is still on 16th Street. Thinking of Paul and his family.

Although I know that no words can ease the loss you feel, just know that your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
