Joseph Senon Manuel Calbert

Services: 8:30 p.m. rosary services will be held at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Tucumcari. At 2 p.m. on Friday a mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on at St. Anne's Church. Joseph Senon Manuel Calbert, 41, died Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at the Dan Trigg Memorial Hospital in Tucumcari following an illness. Mr. Calbert was born April 13, 1966 in Tucumcari to Johnny and Rose Martinez Calbert. He was reared and attended schools in Tucumcari. He was a self-employed mechanic and loved working and repairing old cars, his family said. He also liked riding motorcycles, horseback riding and the outdoors. Mr. Calbert was a member of St. Annne's Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his parents, his lifelong partner Regina Elebario; two daughters, Katherine Page and Tara Woodrum; grandchildren Esperanza Benavidez, Nathan Benavidez and Nathaniel Elebario; stepchildren; Rachel Elebario, Monie Elebario and Daniel Elebario, three brothers Jesse Calbert, Virgil Calbert and Jacob Calbert; two sisters Laura Calbert and Angelina Pena and husband Greg. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Leo Padget will officiate at the services. Burial will follow at Tucumcari Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers will be; James Garcia, JJ Calbert, Matthew Calbert, Daniel Elebario, James Martinez, Dennis Calbert, Manuel Calbert and Ricky Benavidez. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers will be; Manuel Trujillo, Daniel Lopez, Johnny Molinas, Jr., Lawrence Martinez, Jerry Martinez, Julian Calbert, Fabian Muniz, Herman Elebario, Greg Pena, Jose Vasquez and Ernie Arguello. Arrangements are by Chavez Funeral Home, Santa Rosa, N.M.
