Ronald Osborn Services: Have been held. Ronald Otha Osborn, 58, died at his home in Logan on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2005. He was born March 9, 1947, in Tucumcari and had been a lifetime resident of Logan. He had been active in farming and ranching all of his life. He had just recently retired from owning and operating the Logan Food Market. His family said he loved the outdoors and its activities. He is survived by his wife, Sherry, of Logan; his sons Buck Osborn (and wife, Doren) of Fort Worth, Texas, Vondell Koontz (Cody) of Cheraw, Colo., Stewart Koontz (Denise) of Fort Worth; his daughter Louise Ayers (David) of Logan; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. O. O. Osborn Jr., of Logan; his brother Jerry Bob Osborn (Deanna) of Logan; grandchildren Luke Osborn, Meredith Moss, Samantha Murphy, Tyler Murphy, Sarah and Kelsey Ayers, Desta Buhr and Orren Koontz, Tiffany and Jasmine Koontz; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held in the First Baptist Church in Logan with the Rev. Steve Kullback, minister of the First Baptist Church of Logan, officiating. Burial followed in the family plot of the Logan Cemetery. Arrangements were by Dunn Funeral Home of Tucumcari.
