James Luckow, son of Wilmer "Lucky" Luckow, deceased, and Evelyn Luckow of Ramona, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 8, 2012. Jim was a life-long resident of Ramona and graduated from Ramona High School in 1961.
He leaves behind his mother, Evelyn; sister, Janice Simon of Valley Center; and brother, Ken of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Jim will be much remembered for his faith in God and his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and for his labor of love and tireless energy he devoted to his church, Ramona Seventh-Day Adventist.
Memorial services will be held at his church on Friday, July 20, 2012, at 2 pm.
The Neptune Society is in charge of cremation and is assisting the family.
