James Conner Obituary
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Survivors include his life partner, Debbie Tjelde, Kent, Wash.; a brother, Ed Conner, Spokane, Wash.; and two sisters, Barbara Welliever, Spokane, and Bonnie Reese, Rapid City.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 30, at Little White Church in Hill City, with the Rev. Ron Walker officiating.
Behrens-Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
