Survived by his life time and loving wife of 40 yrs., Nellie Clemente (Perez). Luis was born in Rio Piedras, PR on April 28, 1954, a son to the late Alfonso A. His family meant the world to him! A classic dedication: "My Way" by Frank Sinatra "For what is a man, what has he got? If not himself, then he has naught. To say the things he truly feels; And not the words of one who kneels. The record shows I took the blows-And did it my way!"
