Deal, Juanita (Jones) - West Reading  
Juanita Rose Deal, 90, of Mohnton, passed away December 24, 2014 at Kutztown Manor. Born in Moorefield, WV, she was a daughter of the late Bess and Ross Jones and beloved granddaughter of Rosa and William Jones. Juanita played basketball at Romney High School and in her adult life was an accomplished bowler and swimmer. She was a proud and dedicated member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter No. 251, West Reading, where she served as a past Worthy Matron and was actively involved with those in need. Juanita enjoyed caring for her home, family and flower garden. She also looked forward to vacationing with her family and best friend, Josephine Neider, in Ocean City, NJ. Juanita is survived by the love of her life, Charles Deal, Havertown; her daughter, Joy A. Horowitz, Mohnton; four grandchildren: Kevin Horowitz, Birdsboro; Joy Abe, Venice, FL; A. Jason Horowitz, Norman, OK; and Annah, wife of Michael Litzenberger, Abington, MA; two great-grandchildren, Olivia Joy Litzenberger and Mackenzie Faith Litzenberger; her two sisters, Marceda Rowzee, Levels, WV; and Arita Ricewick, Greenspring, WV; and countless family members and friends who will miss her dearly. She was predeceased by her son, Dennis F. Abe. Service will be Saturday at 10 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611. Burial will be in Mohnsville Cemetery. Friends may call Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Janet M. (Freymoyer) DeAngelo, 87, of Reading, passed away Thursday, December 18th, at Berks Heim-Berks County Home. She was the wife of Louis A. DeAngelo, who survives her. Janet was born in Reading, PA, on August 22, 1927, a daughter of the late Bertha (Diefenderfer) and Clarence Freymoyer. A member of Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Reading, PA, she worked as a sewer at the former Meinig's Glove Factory in Reading. In addition to her husband, Louis, Janet is also survived by 2 children, a daughter, Louise M. DeAngelo of Myrtle Beach, SC; and a son, James S. DeAngelo of Reading; she was predeceased by a daughter, Karen L. Gensemer in 2011. Janet is also survived by one sister, Shirley Amole of Exeter Township and a brother, Eugene Freymoyer of Reading. She was predeceased by 2 sisters, Wilehemena Peffer and Darlene Nuss, and 3 brothers: Stewart Stoudt, George Stoudt and Clarence Freymoyer Jr. She is also survived by four grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. DiAnna, Vincenzo - West Reading  
Our angel, Vincenzo Chrisopher DiAnna, born November 26 of this year, passed away on December 19, 2014. He was the son of Christopher DiAnna and Nasheida Williams. Vincenzo is also survived by seven siblings: Talia DiAnna, Angela DiAnna, Victorio DiAnna, Michael DiAnna, Navielle Williams, Jazelle Schlegel and Lazahi Butler. A viewing will be held on Tuesday at 12 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading, PA 19611, with a service to follow at 12:30 p.m. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery. Dunkelberger Sr., Larry - Mohnton  
Larry E. "Dunk" Dunkelberger Sr., 75, of Mohnton, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at the Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Lucille R. (Clemens) Dunkelberger. Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Paul and Sarah (Brendle) Dunkelberger. Dunk was a graduate of Governor Mifflin High School. He was a longtime employee of the former D.J. Witman Company, now Petro, in Reading. In his younger days, Larry was a professional bowler, traveling to various states to compete in bowling tournaments. He was a lifetime member of six local fire companies and was a big NASCAR fan. Surviving in addition to his wife is daughter, Lisa R., wife of Craig Krick of Sinking Spring; son, Larry E. Dunkelberger Jr. of Reamstown; step-daughter, Caryn S., wife of Percy Croll of Shillington; and step-son, Jimmy M., husband of Michelle Frederick of Mohnton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a brother, Ron Sr., husband of Mim Dunkelberger of Shillington. He was predeceased by two brothers. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Giles & Yeckley Funeral Home and Crematorium, Inc., 21 Chestnut Street, Mohnton. There will not be a public funeral service and interment will be private. The family requests that guests dress in casual attire for the viewing.
