Fabriziani, Genario - West Reading  
Genario "Joe" Fabriziani, 86, of Fleetwood, died July 22, 2015, in Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Clarissa "Chris" (Luigard) Fabriziani. They were married for 59 years on July 7th. Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Enrico and Antonia (Quaglia) Fabriziani. Joe was a U.S. Army Reserves veteran serving in the 904th Field Artillery Battalion. He worked for the Boro of West Reading Public Works Department as a road foreman for 28 years. Joe was a member of Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Reading. He was a lifelong member of the West Reading Fire Company, St. Marco Society, and the Sons of Italy Lodge #29. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Edward C., husband of Deborah (Boone) Fabriziani, Fleetwood; three step-granddaughters; five step-great-grandsons and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter, Susette L. Fabriziani; and five siblings: Joseph Fabriziani, Peter Fabriziani, Carolyn Formicone, Louise Dromie and Anna Pietrobone. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in Holy Rosary R. C. Church, 237 Franklin St., Reading, PA 19602. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Shillington. Feldman, Bernard - Reading  
Bernard Feldman, 98, of West Reading, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2015, at the Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Hilda E. (Fishkin) Feldman. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Samuel and Rose (Gallen) Feldman. He was employed by Dana Corp. for thirty years, retiring in 1979. He was a member of Kesher Zion Synagogue. He was an Army Veteran of WWII, first serving in the Cavalry. Along with his wife, he is survived by a son, Joel M. Feldman, husband of Sandy Feldman; and two daughters, Sharon Feldman and Barbara, wife of Mark W. Creal. There are also 3 grandsons: Matthew A. Feldman, Ryan S. Creal and Justin E. Creal. Foreman Sr., Herbert - Reading  
Herbert S. Foreman Sr., 90, of Bernville, passed away on July 26th at 11:18 a.m. in ManorCare Sinking Spring. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Elmer and Stella (Marciniak) Foreman. Herbert was a U.S. Navy Veteran of World War II and of the Korean War. He retired in 1985 from Lucent Technology of Reading after having worked for over 30 years as a Millwright. Herbert was predeceased by one brother, Elmer Foreman Jr., and one sister, Elizabeth Mauer. Surviving are two sons, Herbert S. Foreman Jr., Bernville, William R. Foreman, West Reading, PA; one daughter, Susanne M. Auderheide, Columbia, MO; two brothers, Frank Foreman and Joseph Foreman, both of Reading. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Family and friends will be received at the Foreman residence on Saturday, from 11:00 to 3:00 p.m., at 48 Fisher Mill Stream Road, Bernville. Franks, Robert - Shillington  
Robert F. Franks, 51, of Lancaster, formerly of Reading, died July 18, 2015, at 3:12 p.m. in the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia, where he was a patient since July 5th. Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Floyd and Ruby (Stillions) Franks. He was a mechanic most of his life and attended Schuylkill Valley High School. He enjoyed music, motorcycles, computers and his dog, Dakota. He is survived by his brother, Jeffrey L., husband of Lisa Zellner, West Lawn; his nephew, Darren, husband of Maria Franks, Birdsboro; and his girlfriend, Arlene Finnigan, Temple. Friends may call on Wednesday, July 29, 2015, from 6-8 p.m. at Klee Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., One East Lancaster Ave., Shillington. Interment will be private.
