Ali Fausnaught Obituary

Ali M. Fausnaught, 19,

of Browns-town, PA, passed away unexpectedly in Phila-delphia, PA on Wednesday, April 17, 2013.

She was born in Lancaster, PA on September, 16, 1993 and was the loving daughter of Donald I. D.M.D. and Tara (Ruoff) Fausnaught and amazing sister to Zachary Fausnaught. She was truly the spirit of the family.

Ali graduated from Conestoga Valley High School in 2012, was a star on the Conestoga Valley tennis team, an officer for the Future Business Leaders Association (FBLA), a member of the Interact Club, a CV Scholar Athlete and a member of the Homecoming Court.

She attended The University of South Carolina and was on the Dean's List. She was a current student at West Chester University. At West Chester, Ali was an aspiring Speech Pathologist and a Psychology major.

She grew up attending Zion Lutheran Church of Leola and was a volunteer at Corner of Hope, the church's clothing bank in Leola.

Ali was so full of life. She was social and vibrant, and known for her contagious laugh. She loved hanging with her family and friends, shopping, visiting the beach, baking, eating ice cream, and was known as a "foodie." Her smile will be unforgettable.

Ali's favorite Bible verse was Joshua 1:9 - "Be strong and courageous, do not be terrified, do not be

discouraged; for the Lord your God is with you

wherever you go."

XOXO

Surviving in addition to her parents and brother are loving maternal grandparents Maria, wife of David Ruoff, of Wyomissing; paternal grandmother, Mildred Fausnaught of Danville, and a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and her boyfriend.

Ali's Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 10 AM at the Worship Center 2384 New Holland Pike Lancaster, PA 17601 with The Rev. Newell Embley III officiating. A private interment will be in Trumbauer Memorial Cemetery, Leola, PA.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
I wrote this poem for your family and Ali's boyfriend.

Beautiful Angel

Ali is now God's beautiful angel
He wants you to know
She will always be with you
Wherever you go

When she was here on earth
She was courageous and strong
Never afraid or discouraged
Never wanted to see wrong

Now your Ali is not with us
She is where she belongs
In God's heavenly kingdom
And you all must be strong

God wants you to know
When your days seem so long
She is with Him in heaven
Singing her song

With her beautiful smile
And her laughter too
He wants to remind you
She is always with you

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Maria & Dave,
I want to extend my deepest heartfelt sympathies on the loss of your granddaughter Ali. She was a stunningly beautiful young woman who's life was taken way too early. Although I never had the chance to know her personally, I feel like I have because of all the wonderful, loving things you have said about her over the years. Please extend my love and prayers to Tara, Don and her big brother Zack. I cannot even fathom the pain and numbness they are feeling. The only words I can say are you were fortunate to have your beautiful Ali for her short 19 years in your lives. Always cherish the memories you have of her; her laughter, her smile and personality, and so much love she had for her family close to your hearts. You have been blessed to have those memories and know that you will always have an Angel watching over you until you meet again.
