Mary Standeven Obituary
Mary A. Standeven, 75 of Leesport died June 19 in Country Meadows, Wyomissing. She was the widow of Ivan Robert Standeven, who died July 20, 2001.
Mary was born in Philadelphia and was the daughter of the late Antoni and Adela Luczejko.
She was a 1955 graduate of Roxborough High School. Mary worked 25 years as a claims processor for Germantown Insurance Company, retiring in 2000. She was a member of St. Mary R.C. Church, Hamburg.
Mary is survived by a daughter, Mary C. (Stand-even) Richart, Chalfont; a son, Robert C., husband of Lisa Standeven, Cape May Court House, NJ; and a daughter, Kathy (Stand-even), wife of Jerry Grin-drod, Leesport. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, six great-grand-children, and sister, Irene Luczejko, Cape May Court House, NJ.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. from St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, 94 Walnut Road, PO Box 189, Hamburg, PA. 19526. A viewing will be held from 9:00 AM to 10:00 a.m. in the church. Burial will be in George Washington Memorial Park, Plymouth Meeting, PA. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Church at the above address. The Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
