Julie A. Habecker, 48, of Stouchsburg, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, September 29, 2013, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
She was the wife of Brian T. Habecker. They celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary on June 6th.
Born in Reading on September 7, 1965, she was the daughter of Leonard M. and Sharon R. Kotulka Raub of Womelsdorf.
Julie, along with her husband, owned and operated Raub's Twin Kiss in Myerstown and Raub's Sub Shop at the Green Dragon and the Roots Markets. She attended the Lebanon God's Missionary Church.
She graduated from Penn View Christian Academy in 1983, the Lebanon County Career and Technology Nursing program in 1984 and Penn View Bible Institute in 1985.
Julie enjoyed reading, scrapbooking, being with her friends and especially being home spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her sons, Jared K., husband of Amber Ha-becker of Stouchsburg; Jerren B., husband of LeAnna Habecker of Lebanon; and Jaden A. Habecker, at home; her daughter. Janelle B. Habecker, at home; brother, Greg L., husband of Jen Raub of Myerstown; and her sister, Audrey L., wife of Rev. James Bender, of West Union, OH.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Duane L. Raub and grandparents, Oscar and Pauline Raub, and John and Eliza Kotulka.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2013, at 10 a.m. at the Lebanon God's Missionary Church, 2127 Hill St., Lebanon, PA. Viewing will be held on Friday evening from 5-8 p.m. at the church and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Interment will be at the Mt. Hope Cemetery, Myerstown.
