Christopher "Hippie Chris" Kelleher Jr March 21, 1953 - April 12, 2013 Chris passed away at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital on Friday, April 12, 2013. Chris was born in St. Louis, MO, to Chris Sr. and Shirley (Gavin). He grew up in Berkeley, MO, and in Guerneville. He went to El Molino High School and graduated from Richmond High. Chris played varsity baseball and never lost his love for the sport or St. Louis Cardinals. Chris lived in Clearlake for the last 23 years; he worked for PG&E in Richmond. Chris loved playing pool, playing darts, socializing and making up silly little rhymes and songs. Chris is survived by his daughter, Meagan Kelleher; granddaughters, Jenise and Nila Kelleher; step-daughters, Wendy Williams and Jenni (Arn) Duremdes; grandchildren, Angelo and Audrey Duemdes; and his brothers and sisters, Victoria Christie (Robert) Kelseyville, Michelle Gruele (Jim) Guerneville, Billy Kelleher, Redding, Craig Kelleher, Kelseyville, Brian Kelleher, St. Charles, MO, and Cherie Alvarez, Santa Rosa; plus numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by wife, Carol, Clearlake; sister, Cynthia Kelleher, Alton, IL; mother, Shirley Maria, Santa Rosa; and father, Chris Sr., Warrenton, MO. The family requests, in lieu flowers, donations to animal shelters, cancer research or autism research. Memorial service Saturday, April 27, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Adobe Creek Funeral Home in Petaluma.
