Walter Patti May 29, 1934 - February 1, 2014 Walt was born to Joseph and Rose Patti in Pawcatuck, Connecticut. He served four years in the United States Navy. After being honorably discharged, he went into law enforcement. He became Chief of Police for Old Saybrook Connecticut Police Department. He then pursued careers in banking and hi-tech and consulting. After settling in Lake County, Walt served on the parole board for the Lake County Sheriff's Department for years. He also served on the Grand Jury and was an usher and served on the Board of the Parish Council for St. Mary Immaculate. Walt was a very special man to many people and will be missed by his family and friends. Survived by his wife of 25 years, Jean Patti; daughter, Linda (David) Birck; step-daughter, Carleen (Samuel) Gacesa; grandchildren, Courtney (Reagan) Jobe, Caitlin Birck, Chris and Jeff Patti, and Denise (Chad) Misovec; and great-grandchildren, Charisma, Jack and Joseph Misovec. Mass will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, February 22, at St. Mary Immaculate Church, Lakeport. The family prefers donations to
