Dr. Jillian Jacqueline Wilbur Dr. Jillian Jacqueline Wilbur, age 32, of Santa Rosa, left us to be at peace on January 11, 2014, surrounded by her family and close friends. Born to Carl Wilbur and Kathy Garrison Wilbur Gaskins on May 21, 1981, in Santa Rosa, CA, Jillian leaves behind her father and stepmother, Carl and Carol Wilbur; her mother and stepfather, Kathy and Mark Gaskins; and adoring grandmother, Pat "Nana" Garrison. Jillian is now resting in peace with her Papa Don Garrison. She is also survived by her siblings, Patti Diener (Charlie); Mason Wilbur (Jessica); Michael and Amber Weinstock; and loving little brother, Gregory Gaskins. Additionally Jill leaves behind her beloved pets, Enzo, Charlie, and Switch. She adored these pets and considered them her children. Jill was passionate in her drive to help other people and make the world a better place. Her drive made her excel in school with a goal of becoming a Psychologist. She achieved her goal, earning her doctorate at Argosy University. She worked in psychiatric health services for Saint Josephs Health system in Sonoma County for many years. She most recently worked as the Director of Outpatient Services at Aurora Behavioral Health in Santa Rosa. Jill was a free powerful spirit that was easy to love, easy to admire, and a force to be reckoned with. She will be greatly missed by everyone that has been blessed enough to know her. She is a beautiful piece of art work that the world will significantly miss. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 17, 2014, at Chapel of the Lakes Mortuary in Lakeport, California.
