Jack Arthur Mandeville

1938 - 2008 | Obituary Condolences
Jack Arthur Mandeville was born Sept. 5, 1938 in LaPorte, Ind., to Harry and Fern Mandeville.
Dad died quietly at his home as he would have wanted on June 3, 2008 at the age of 69 after a long history of health issues.
Jack was raised in LaPorte, Ind., as a young boy. At age 17 he joined the Marine Corp where he served for three years. Upon his honorable discharge from the USMC, he and his wife Donna moved to Southern California where he qualified to become a police officer with the city of Los Angeles.
In 1970 the family relocated to Kelseyville where he was employed as a meat cutter. In 1977 he was re-married to Bobby and moved to Cobb Mt. where he lived for 27 years.
Jack "Mandy" was a long time member of the Middletown Bible Church. He was an avid outdoors man member of the NRA and gun collector. Dad truly loved to go to yard sales, however his true love was his family and many close friends.
He is survived by his mother, Fern Mandeville of Chico; brother, Darue and sister, Jerilynn; his loving daughters, Jamie Mandeville of Chico, Tammi Mandeville of Kelseyville, Clattie Skiles of Cobb, and Missy Mandeville of Chico; sons, Scot and Rob Mandeville of Kelseyville; grandchildren, Melody, Kevin, Dustin, Cody, Ashley, Michael, Bryce and Isaac, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Dad will be forever loved and always cherished in our memory.
To all his family, friends and acquaintances, that are far too many to mention, please join us in a Celebration of Jacks' (Mandys') life at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 14 at the Middletown Bible Church.
In memory of Jack, lets all "Pay it Forward."
