William "Bill" Hansberg Passed away peacefully in Lakeport, CA, on November 3, 2013, at the age of 78. Survived by his dearly beloved wife of 57 years, Ann Marie Hansberg; daughter, Janet Krumbien (Brad); grand-daughters, Rachel and Katelyn Solis; and his cat, Flower. Predeceased by son, Stephen Hansberg; sister, Amy Brissenden; brother, Elmo Hansberg; and parents, Oscar and Annie Hansberg. Born on May 15, 1935 in San Francisco, grew up in Visitacion Valley. Graduated from Balboa High School, served in the US Army from 1958-1960. Raised his family in Millbrae, CA. Moved to his dream home in Lakeport in 1997, where he worked at Piedmont Lumber until 2010. A nature lover and sportsman, spending many days on the lake fishing, boating, water skiing, along with fond memories of hunting trips in CA. Also a mechanic by trade and lover of cars. He and his Model A were members of the No Name Car Club. Memorial services will be held on Friday, November 22, 2013, at 11 a.m., at Hartley Cemetery. A reception will follow.
