Jay Berggren Obituary
He was born in Meriden Nov. 7, 1963, a son of the late Harry E. and Lydwina Schipke Berggren and was a lifelong Meriden resident.
He is survived by his sisters, Nancy (William) Mudry, of Meriden, Jean (Thomas) Fields, of Southington and his companion, Cheryl McCarthy. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Margaret Traue; and a brother, Harry E. Berggren, Jr.
Relatives and friends may visit with his family on Thursday, Jan. 16, from 10 to 11 a.m. in the Beecher & Bennett-Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave. Meriden. Interment in St. Boniface Cemetery. Donations in his memory may be sent to the MidState Medical Center, 435 Lewis Ave., Meriden, CT 06451. For information or to send a condolence please see obituary at
