I knew John only for a few years as a dedicated energy efficiency advocate on Wallingford's Energy Conservation Commission. He helped get solar panels on the two high schools. It was only recently I learned of his decades of devoted care for the state's most traumatized children. John was a kind and generous man and made the world a better place!

My misfortune to only have known John for a few years. His wit and demeanor will be missed.

I was so sorry to hear of John's passing. We first met before the merge of the hospitals and I found him to be a caring advocate for his patients and families. I looked forward to our daily chats. May his wife and friends find comfort in knowing his was a life well-lived.

I graduated with John from St. Anselm. I fondly recall his irrepressible wit, his kindly laughter, his welcoming manner as I, and others, would meet in his room to enjoy his thoughts on life, love, and our future in the world. I know he helped me and so many others by his presence on this earth.

John was not only a cousin but also a good friend. Although we shared a lifetime of experiences, we had grown much closer as we became older. He was a thoughtful, kind, and very gentle man. Hard to believe he is really gone.

John was a trusted colleague and friend for many years both at Altobello and Riverview Hospital. He devoted his career to trying to improve the lives of children and adolescents in the public sector. He was also a devoted teacher and supervisor. My deepest sympathy goes to his wife and his friends.

John was a treasured friend. He was caring and dear to our hearts. It is a great void in our lives that he is no longer with us. We will miss him, dearly, everyday. Much
sympathy and love to Sharon. You will always remain in our thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Martha and Jack
