Michelle Lagasse Obituary
She was born in Apple Valley, Calif., a daughter of John and Deborah Moore of Middletown.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her beloved children, Katelyn Paige, Zachary Collin, Aiden James and Savannah Love Lagasse; her brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Bridget Hill; her grandparents, Richard and Betty Moore, and Jeff and June Beattie; and her mother-in-law, Faith Marra and her husband, Vincent. She was predeceased by her grandfather, Dick Basil Rutledge.
Her family will receive relatives and friends in the Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 N. Main St. Ext., Wallingford, Saturday, Sept. 7, from 2 to 4:45 p.m. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home at 5 p.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory may be sent to her family to go towards an education fund for the children, c/o The Wallingford Funeral Home.

Michelle Amber Hill Lagasse,
I am blessed to have known you, my life/heart is richer because you are in it and will remain in it for all eternity.
You are the most courageous woman I have ever known and it is an honor to call you my friend/family.
You showed me more about being Christ like, than most Christians I know. Jesus gave his life for all of us and you gave up your life for Savannah Love, the purest sacrifice one can give, their love and their life! The heavens are celebrating your arrival and will gladly give you your eternal angel wings as you so deserve them.
I certainly will miss you, though i know you are only but a thought away and you will live on in my heart and mind for all eternity.
I know you will always be looking over all your family and friends, including me and I find comfort in that. I promise to look after Dan, your four kids, your Mom & Dad and brother Mike...as best I can, whenever they call upon me or just to check in.

I worked with Michelle at Aetna for several years. She was a funny, fun-loving girl with a big heart that always made everyone laugh and smile. The news of her passing is heart wrenching. We've never met Danny, but are cousins from your Dad's side of the family. I am saddened by your suffering and that of your children's. I pray that have peace knowing that Michelle is now able to watch over all of you now, the way she always wanted to. She is no longer in pain. You will see her in all your children every day.
