Phebe Silvernail Obituary
Born on Aug. 14, 1930, in New Haven, Conn., she lived most of her life in Wallingford, until her retirement from Aetna in Middletown. She had been a resident of the Treasure Coast for the last 25 years.
She leaves behind her husband of 59 years, Lawrence; her daughter, Patricia Olivieri, of Fort Pierce, Fla.; her son, Lloyd, of Meriden; and her beloved cat, Gonzo. She enjoyed bingo, line dancing and teaching others to line dance. She was also an active member of the Village Green bowling league.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Meriden Human Society, 311 Murdock Ave., Meriden, CT since her love for animals was greater than her love for flowers. Calling hours will be Thursday, June 20, from 5 to 7 p.m. at B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 South Elm St., in Wallingford. Burial will be private and at a later date.
