MERIDEN - Anne Alice Aniskiewicz passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2012, into the loving arms of our lord and her waiting husband Charles. She died peacefully surrounded by her children. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Anne's generosity to family and extended family was beyond compare. She was a loving person Babci, Chuchy, friend and mentor to her children, grandchildren and nieces and nephews alike.

Anne was born and raised in Meriden until recently moving to live with her daughter in Glastonbury. She was a graduate of Meriden High School and worked for many years at the former Napier Jewelry Factory. She was a boy scout den mother, volunteer for the Meriden buddy reading program, and past president of the Meriden PLAV post 189 women's auxiliary. Anne enjoyed her many hours spent at the Meriden Senior Center calling Bingo and with her knitting club. She was a member of the St. Stanislaus Sunshine club and a lifelong parishioner of St. Stanislaus Church.
Anne was the daughter of the late Pawel and Katerzyna (Baran) Zamoic. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles; a son David P. Aniskiewicz; and four brothers, William, Stanley, Samuel and Edward Zamoic. Anne is survived by her daughter, Kathryn (Richard) Beach; a son, Charles (Karla) Aniskiewicz; three grandchildren, Lynn Aniskiewicz, Michael (Jennifer) Aniskiewicz and Christopher (Jasmine) Beach; two great-grandchildren; one four legged companion, Romeo; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend a Mass of Christian burial to be held on Saturday, July 28, at 10 a.m. from St. Stanislaus Church, 82 Akron St. Meriden with burial immediately following the Mass at St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
