WALLINGFORD - Rose Falcone Beauvais, 88, of Wallingford, beloved wife of the late Edward J. Beauvais passed away peacefully, Thursday, July 24, 2014, at the Village Green of Wallingford.

Rose was born in North Haven, June 30, 1926, a daughter of the late Carmine Falcone and Maria Scrocco Falcone and had been a Wallingford resident for many years. She was employed by the Masonicare Health Center until her retirement and was a parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima Church in Yalesville.

She is survived by her two daughters, Sharon Perone and her husband, Louis Sr., and Sandy DiStasio and her husband, David, all of Wallingford; her daughters in-law, Doreen Beauvais, of Yalesville and Dorothy Perry, of Meriden; her grandchildren, Louis (Carla) Perone Jr., Gina (Bill) Phillips, Edward DiStasio and David Granai, Hollie (John) Wright, Christine (Jim) Pretti, Jennifer Biehn, Samantha Beauvais and her fiancé, Daniel Chino and Jennifer Kern; 13 great-grandchildren; her sister, Grace Falcone, of Guilford; and many nieces and nephews; and close friends. She was predeceased by her son, Edward J. "Frenchie" Beauvais; her grandson, David DiStasio; her sister, Carmel Cusano; and her brother, Dominic Falcone.

Her family will receive relatives and friends in The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 N. Main St. Ext., Friday, (TODAY) from 4 until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 26, from The Wallingford Funeral Home at 9 a.m. when the funeral cortege will proceed to Our Lady of Fatima Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Interment will be private in St. Lawrence Cemetery in West Haven. In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory may be sent to The Sisters' Project, P. O. Box 1643, Wallingford, CT. 06492.
