Surviving is her daughter, Cynthia "Cindy" Miller and her husband, Robert, of Southington; several nieces and nephews; as well as grandniece, Lauren; grandnephew, Steven "Popeye"; great-grandnieces, Rachael and Leah; her faithful dog, "Minnie"; along with numerous friends, relatives and church family. Besides her husband Larry, she was predeceased by two brothers, Gustav and Donald Brause; and a sister, Lillian Yeske.

Her family wants to extend a special thanks to Marilyn Miller, Lois Serafino, Bev Clark and the Rev. James Debner for their extreme thoughtfulness during Dot's final illness.
