Chester P. Potyrala

SUNDERLAND - Chester P. Potyrala left this world very peacefully on Feb. 9, 2013 to join his beloved wife in eternity.
Born in Holyoke, Chester was the son of the late Frank and Sophia (Kerydlowski) Potyrala.

Chester served in World War II as a Seaman 1st Class Gunners Mate aboard the USS Howard D. Crow.
He was a member of the Local Carpenters Union, as well as a member of the Whately Snowmobile Club, Northfield Snowmobile Club and the Woodford Vermont Snowbusters.
Chester was a loving and dedicated husband and the best Dad anyone could ever have. He was patient and kind to all, willing to teach and support you and never ever too busy to play or listen. He will be so deeply missed.
He was a member of St. James Church in South Deerfield, later joining Holy Family Church.
