Darlene M. (Edwards) Klein

TURNERS FALLS - Darlene M (Edwards) Klein, 57, of Avenue A, died Saturday (5-18-13) at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield.
She was born on Oct. 1, 1955 in Washington, D.C., the daughter of George and Lois (Livingston) Edwards. Darlene graduated from Bladensburg High School in Maryland in 1973.
She was a homemaker.
Darlene loved macramé, was a fan of the Washington Redskins and the Detroit Tigers. The movie "Titanic" was one of her favorites. She loved her magazines and loved to shop. Darlene especially enjoyed motorcycle riding with her husband.
Besides her husband Scott of 36 years, she leaves a son, Abraham of Turners Falls, and a daughter, Caylee of Shelburne; a brother, Michael Edwards of Florida, two sisters, Georgeanne Simmons of Baltimore, MD, and Lois Potter of Turners Falls. Darlene also leaves a grandson, Madden Coates of Shelburne, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday (5-24-13) at 11 a.m. at the Kostanski Funeral Home, 1 Kostanski Square, Turners Falls. Burial will follow at Green River Cemetery in Greenfield.
There will be a calling hour from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
