BRISTOL, Conn. - Michael J. D'Angelo, 27, of Bristol, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, (Jan. 13, 2013).

Born Jan. 28, 1985 in Hartford, son of Lori (O'Brien) D'Angelo of Windsor and the late Donald D'Angelo, he grew up in Windsor before moving to Bristol 2 1/2 years ago.
Michael had a great appreciation for music and loved to sing. He loved watching cartoons on his DVD player and whenever you saw him he was always happy. He spent some of his best years at the River St. School in Windsor.
His family would like to thank BARC for all their support and care given to Michael.
Besides his mother, he is survived by a sister, Rachael D'Angelo of Windsor; his grandparents, James "Bucky" O'Brien of Greenfield, MA, Maryann O'Brien of Westfield, MA, Rosa D'Angelo of Wethersfield; his uncle and aunts, John and Louann D'Angelo, Deborah D'Angelo, Dan and Cindy O'Brien and Kevin and Kim O'Brien; his cousins, Nicholas, Christopher and Lisa D'Angelo, Dena Tabaczynski and her husband, Frank and their child, Charlotte, Carla Allen and her husband, Matthew and their child, Mason, and Alyssa Bowman, Brendon and Peyton O'Brien.
He was predeceased by his grandfather, Giuseppe Nicola D'Angelo, and an uncle, Anthony D'Angelo.
His family will receive friends on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Carmon Windsor Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor.
Family and friends may gather Monday, Jan. 21, at 9 a.m. at Carmon Windsor Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 at St. Joseph Church, Poquonock section of Windsor. Entombment will be in Mount St. Benedict Mausoleum, Bloomfield.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CREC River St. School, 601 River St., Windsor, CT 06095.
