Pawcatuck, Ct. - Teresa (Finn) Scoggins, 62, of Stonington Drive, passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at the Westerly Hospital in Rhode Island with her husband and children by her side. The sixth of seven Finn children, Teresa was born in Greenfield, MA on October 28, 1950 the daughter of Albert E. Finn and Mary M. (Mackin) Finn.

She went to college and graduate school at UMASS Amherst, and worked as an audiologist in Dracut Public Schools for over twenty years. In her later years, in addition to continuing her audiology work in a variety of settings, she served as her husband's first mate and business partner, running Sail the Sounds sailing school and charter business.
She is survived by her husband, Jim; beloved children, Matthew (Deanna), Conor (Jamie), and Mikaela (Patrick) and stepchildren Christopher (Trina) and Sarah; adored grandchildren Rylan, Regan, Callie, Mason, Hannah, and Dustan; close family including six siblings, numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews; and excitable dog (Bosun) and self-possessed cat (Snoop).
Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning 2/12 at 10 a.m. the Kostanski Funeral Home, 220 Federal Street, Greenfield .
Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Monday evening from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
