BERNARDSTON - Faith Ann (Morin) Currier, 66, of 75 South St., died Wednesday (4-30-14) at home.

"Faith Ann" was born in Montague on March 28, 1948, the daughter of Raymond and Marguerite (Vivier) Morin. She attended local schools in Montague and was a graduate of Turners Falls High School, Class of 1966.
Faith was a Lab Technician at Baystate Franklin Medical Center for thirteen years. Prior to that, she worked at Railroad Salvage and Stoneleigh-Burnham. Faith was a volunteer at the Buckley HealthCare Center in Greenfield.
Faith enjoyed helping others through her volunteer efforts at numerous nursing facilities ensuring the needs of the patients were always met, especially during the holidays, when she would show up dressed as a "holiday-helper" to hand out gifts. Whether it was Ms. Claus, or the Easter Bunny, Faith's friendly demeanor and outgoing personality always ensured smiles, laughter and joy from those who where lucky enough to have crossed her path.
Besides her husband of 46 years, Thomas Currier, Faith leaves her son, Greg and his wife Tiffaney of Sacramento, CA; three grandsons, Zachary, Vincent and Jack, and many nieces and nephews.
Faith was predeceased by her two brothers, Richard and Bruce Morin.
A memorial service will be held Thursday (5-8) at 6:30 p.m. at the Kostanski Funeral Home, 1 Kostanski Square, Turners Falls, with the Rev. Stanley J. Aksamit officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
Calling hours will be held Thursday from 5 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
