GREENFIELD - Kerry D. Babcock, 57, of Standish Court, died Wednesday (6-4-14) at home.

He was born in Somerville, MA, on Feb. 16, 1957, the son of William and Esther (Chisholm) Babcock.
Kerry served in the United States Navy.
He was a commercial truck driver for BH Trucking for 18 years.
Kerry enjoyed taking his Sea Doo out on the Connecticut River and especially spending time with his grandchildren. He was proud of his Scottish heritage and enjoyed being involved in the activities at St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
Among his survivors, Kerry leaves his daughter, Miranda McGonagle of Rindge, NH; his mother, Esther Morris of Greenfield; a brother, William Babcock, Jr.; two sisters, Beverly Babcock of Greenfield, who was also his caregiver, and Joyce Babcock of CA; three grandchildren, Kip, Calvin and Summer, and several nieces and grandnieces and grandnephews.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 28, at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 23 Long Ave, Greenfield. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
