GREENFIELD - Francine J. (Cardinal) Pelletier, 70, formerly of Tiverton, RI, died Monday (1-21-13) at Charlene Manor Extended Care Facility.

She was born in Brooklyn, NY, on July 16, 1942, the daughter of J. Donat and Leona (Bouthillier) Cardinal. She attended local schools in Fall River, graduating from Dominican Academy, Class of 1959.
Francine was employed at Robert J. Quigley Chiropractic as a secretary for over 30 years. Previously, she was a telephone operator in Fall River.
Francine was a member of the Allegro Glee Club in Fall River. She enjoyed her garden, sporting events, going to Foxwoods with friends and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Francine was also a volunteer at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield.
Among her survivors, Francine leaves two sons, Christopher Pelletier and his wife Heather of Northfield and Kevin Pelletier and his wife Kendra Vendetti of Richmond, VA; four grandchildren, Ameilia, Nathan, Emerson and Lisette.
Francine was predeceased by her husband, Roland H. Pelletier, in 2001.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday (1-26-13) from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Schuetzen Verein on Route 2 in Gill. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
