Thelma J. Duncan, 97, originally of Porterville, CA, passed away on June 23, 2013 in Medford, Oregon. Thelma was born in Illinois in 1916. She moved to Porterville, CA as a young girl where she later married Frank Duncan and raised two beautiful girls. The family later moved to Los Angeles where she worked as a government inspector, doing work for the NASA program. She was an active member of the Republican Women's Club. She enjoyed traveling and china painting. She is survived by her two daughters, Shirley Duncan and Mary Allen of Oregon, eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren. At her request, no services will be held.
