Russell E. Penn, 81, of Washington C.H., passed away November 20, 2012 at Fayette Memorial Hospital.
He was born September 12, 1931 in Pickaway County, the son of the late Ernest E. and Helen (Hildebrand) Penn. He graduated from Pickaway Twp. High School and was retired from Mid-Ohio Chemicals. Russell is survived by his six children, Deborah (Jack) Vest of New Vienna, Susan (Scott) Pargin of Bridgeport, Illinois, Linda (Barry) Wyatt of Pace, Florida, David (Nora) Penn of Xenia, Robbie (Tess) Penn of Urbana and Lisa (William) Dinkins of Circleville; 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; sister, Mary Struckman of Ashville; brother, Jack (Barbara) Penn of Washington C.H.; and good friend, Jim Hildreth. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, December 15, 2012 at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery on Blackwater Road in Kingston.
