Williams, Mildred Ann  
Mildred Ann (Kinzer) Williams of Washington Court House passed away at 6:08 a.m. on May 20, 2016 at her home. She was born October 11, 1925 in Fayette County to Theodore and Julia Marie (Campbell) Kinzer. She was the 4th child of 11 children. She married John W. Williams, III on November 8, 1941. They were married almost 67 years. To this union there were 3 children—Faye Campbell of South Charleston, Margaret K. Williams of Cincinnati, and John W. Williams IV of Washington Court House. She has twenty-one grandchildren (great, and great great), along with many nephews and nieces. She is the adopted mother of Jeannette Kennedy of Alexandria, KY, and Denise Carter of Cincinnati, OH. She has one brother Hugh Ronald Kinzer (Mary) of South Salem, OH and one sister Linda Robison (Rick) of Maitland, Fl. She has two sister-in-laws Martha Kinzer of Washington Court House and Kay Kline of Frankfort, OH. One daughter-in-law Mary Leisure of Washington Court House, OH. She was an avid seamstress, loved to read, embroider, crochet, and quilted by hand. She loved gardening and harvesting the garden through the years. She was a long time member of the Southside Church of Christ. Mildred is preceded in death by her parents, her husband John W. Williams III, granddaughter Julie Marie Groves, her son-in-law Jerry Mark Campbell, and her dear friend Hattie McRoan. Brothers Carrot Red Kinzer, Francis Lowell Kinzer, Robert Carl Kinzer, Ora Eugene Kinzer, Wayne Thomas Kinzer, John Theodore Kinzer, and sisters Mary Katherine Kinzer, and Julia Yvonne Wilson. Funeral service will be at 1pm on May 25, 2016 at the Roberts Funeral Home, 509 Washington Ave, Washington CH, OH on Wednesday, May 25, 2016. Burial will be at the Bainbridge Cemetery, Bainbridge, OH. Danny Dodds, long-time friend, will be officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Heartland Hospice, Suite C, Circleville, OH 43113 or South Side Church of Christ, 921 S. Fayette St, Washington CH, OH 43160. Wise, Vernie Thomas  
The funeral for Vernie Thomas Wise, 78, of Washington Court House, Ohio, was held Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at 1 p.m. at the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in Washington Court House with the Rev. Aaron Turner, pastor at the South Charleston Christian Center, officiating. Mr. Wise's grandson, Shawn Oesterle, delivered the eulogy. Pallbearers for the burial in Fairview Cemetery in Jeffersonville were Todd, Shawn and Kate Oesterle, Kyle Armintrout, Gary Nichols and Rusty Coe. Mr. Wise, widower of Carolyn Young Wise, and a retired employee of the Morris Bean Company, died Friday, May 20, 2016, at his residence.

Wise, Vernie Thomas  
Vernie Thomas Wise, 78, of Washington Court House, Ohio passed away Friday, May 20, 2016, at 1:39 p.m. at his residence while surrounded by his family. He was born November 27, 1937, at Leesburg in Highland County, Ohio to Gerald R. (Tom) and Ruth A. Forte Wise. He moved to Washington Court House three years ago from Jeffersonville. Vernie worked at the Morris Bean Company in Cedarville from 1966 until his retirement in 2000. He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Carolyn Jean Young, on September 9, 2014; by a brother, Ralph H. Wise in 1988, and a sister, Libby Coe in 2000. He is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy and Mac Scott of Xenia and Lisa and Ryan Armintrout of Washington Court House; three grandchildren, Todd Oesterle and his wife, Shannon, of Jeffersonville, Shawn Oesterle and his wife, Amanda, of Marion, OH and Kyle Armintrout of Washington Court House; three great grandchildren, Kate and Hunter Oesterle and Braedan Curl; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Loren and Barb Wise of Jamestown and Charles and Mary Wise of Hillsboro and a sister and brother-in-law, Patty and Charles Sexton of Washington Court House. The funeral will be Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at 1 p.m. at the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in Washington Court House with Aaron Turner and Shawn Overly officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery in Jeffersonville. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. Tuesday until time of the service.
