Charles Ellwyn Hulse


Charles Ellwyn "Pee Wee" Hulse 80 of Circleville passed away Wed. Feb. 5, 2014 at Pickaway Manor, Circleville. He was born July 6, 1933 in Williamsport to the late Van Meter and Bernice (Noble) Hulse. Ellwyn retired from farming and Ag Sales from Mid Ohio Chemicals.
He was a graduate of Atlanta H.S. and a member of Williamsport United Methodist Church. Also a member of the Farm Bureau Council and the former Deercreek Club of Williamsport.
Survived by his wife Veronda L. (Lwery) Hulse; son, Kevin (Deborah) Hulse of Ashville; daughters, Deborah (Eric) Rickabaugh of Delaware, OH and Lori Williamson (Joe Barrett) of Lancaster; grandchildren, Amber Hulse of Canal Winchester, Joel (Christy) Hulse of Ashland, OH, Gabby Hulse of Ashville, Michael (Elizabeth) Rickabaugh of Marengo, Andrea (Kevin) Stayner of West Carrollton, OH, Joshua Williamson, Leslie Williamson (Jarrod Cassley) of Lancaster; great grandchildren, Grace Hulse, Charles Logan Stayner, Dalaton and Landon Cassley, and 2 on the way. Step sons, Jamie (Jill) Arnold of Circleville and Jeffrey (Kim) Arnold of Pataskala; 3 step grandchildren, Justin, Jordan and Joshua Arnold. Preceded in death by his first wife Grace Ann Cordray on Aug. 17, 2001.
Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. Tues. Feb. 11, 2014 at the Williamsport United Methodist Church, 218 N. Main St. Williamsport with Rev. Douglas Dowson officiating. Burial will follow in Springlawn Cemetery, Williamsport. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Monday Feb. 10 at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville.
