Memories and Condolences

Not sure what to say?

I met Caddie Reynolds back in the late sixties early seventies. My mother, Bettie Bjorn and Caddie worked for the Comm. on Aging. During the summer break from school I was allowed to board the city bus for downtown Columbus, enter the Leveque Tower and ride the elevator to the 34th floor. There I would meet my mother and Caddie for lunch. We'd have lunch downtown and then we would go to the observation deck and view the city. I've never forgot those summers I could have lunch with mom and Caddie. I had lunch with Caddie about four years ago, and it was just as special !
Such a beautiful woman, inside and out.

caddie was what every child envisions a Grandmother to be always loving,kind,cheerful.forgiving,,steadfast.intelligent,witty,and an old school farm girl with tenacity and preserverence.whenever I think of giving up on life I''ll think of my steadfast and enduring Grandma from the great war of 1917 to 2014 she always led by example and let the spirit of Christ guide her on.. I'm so sorry for not being the Grandson you deserved but as long as I live your laughter and sweet memories will live in my heart-may we meet again on that sunny shore sweet Claribel-with everlasting love

All who knew, or even merely met, 'Caddie' was blessed. Joyce, Jack, how well you know how extraordinary she was. Caddie and Ed were always fun and interesting to be around - I always learned something new and almost always we all had a good chuckle.
