Dear Family, My family knew Gordon threw my dad Gordon Kieran. They were great friends for many years. Gordon's daughter Kathy was in my wedding in 1970. I am very sorry for your loss, my mom Barbara was able to attend the funeral. He was a great friend and alot of help to my Mom when her husband died many years ago. Kathy I have recently moved to Oregon, and have thought of you even before this. I would like to get in touch with you.

To Marylou and Gordon's close family,
I worked with Gordon for many years at Caltrans and we shared many activities at work and many more activities in our private lives. He was always a gentleman and had a great sense of humor. I will miss him greatly.

Dear Marylou and Family:
Just a note to let you know that you are in our thoughts.
We talked with Patty the other day and learned that Gordon was gone.
It is sad to know that he is no longer enjoying life. He will continue to live on in our memories.
Thanks to him and you among others in your group we gained the confidence to go traveling and boon docking.
We are thankful to have had the opportunity to know Gordon and enjoy his perspective, humor and friendship.
We shall look forward to seeing you in the future.
