Clayton Phelps born on September 1, 1920.
He passed away at home October 15, 2010.
He was 90 years old.
Clayton is survived by brother Jay Phelps of Strong, OK., brother Lloyd Phelps of Drumright, OK., sister Vera Gerney of Cottonwood, CA., brother Wayne Phelps of Cushing, OK., his oldest son is Glynn G. and wife Leola Phelps of Red Bluff, CA., daughter Audrie Anita Martin of Redding, CA., and daughter in laws Carole Phelps and Judy Phelps, 14 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sons Milton I. Phelps of Susanville, and Clayton E. Phelps Jr., of Cottonwood.
Visitation is 1:00-5:00 p.m. on October 21, 2010 at Lawncrest Chapel.
Graveside service is at Cottonwood Cemetery on October 22, 2010 at 2:00 p.m.
Reception will follow at Cottonwood Cemetery Community Center.
