Harland Forell Obituary

Harland Ellis Forell

Born August 25, 1926 –
in Sterling, CO. - and went
home to our Father
November 4, 2010.

He was loved by his wife, Micki, daughters Lynn, Dora and Leanne, sons Dwight, Bruce and Jimmie, 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Hal defended our freedoms in WW2 and Korea, and the early Viet Nam era, as a USN Corpsman and worked 26 years for the California EDD.

Hal was very active in many Masonic bodies and service organizations for over 30 years. His life was focused on aiding others in all endeavors.

We all have been blessed to have such a caring, gentle role model in our lives who daily demonstrated his love for family, friends and others by his thoughtful supportive words and caring acts.

"Fair winds and following seas and long may your big jib draw!"

In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to Shriners Hospital or City of Hope.
