Dearest Bob, Kathy, Barbara and Tori,
Steve and I loved Jean very much. We would always visit with her every time we were at the Vistas and would always sing with her. You knew by your first introduction to her that she was a very kind-hearted woman, a very good mother who loved her family very much, and also wasn't afraid to speak her mind. Jean always made me happy and she also made my mom, Bessey, happy also. They would sing together and chat during the day. Jean always talked about her beloved girls, and we are very happy to know each and every one of you, not to mention your loving father, Bob. What a remarkable family you have. I will personally miss Jean very much for I loved singing with her and talking with her, and just looking at her kind face and into her eyes, just admiring the love and kindness of her heart that shined so brightly. We understand and know your sorrow, and we are so sorry for your loss. We are honored to have known your mom and your family. Steve and Janel Mosconi

Befriending Jean in these last few years of her life was such a pleasure. I can only imagine how delighted she had always been, based on how caring and sweet she was to me. What a wonderful women. I will miss her.

My condolences to all of Jean's family. Her "compassionate nature and keen sense of social justice" and her love of music are alive and thriving in her children and their children.

Jean will always be remembered. I will miss her singing. She stayed beside the piano everytime I lead the singing with the residents at The Vistas and she has a lovely voice. My warm Condolences to the Bereaved Family. -- Thelma Lacanilao, Resident Assistant, The Vistas Assisted Living and Memory Care Community, Redding, CA

Jean will be truly missed at the Vistas. She always dressed so darn cute and had a matching necklace every day. She loved to talked to you about... everything. I will miss her singing, her smile and her gentle touch. The Vistas will just not be the same without Dear Jean.

A lovely tribute! I consider myself privileged to have met Jean several years before her decline. I have fond memories of her hospitality, her enthusiasm about our recorder-playing, her love of singing, and her ever-welcoming greeting even in the years at The Vistas. My deepest sympathy to all the family at this time. Sincerely, Kay Hettich
