Jerry Williamson Obituary

Jerry died at his home in Anderson, CA.,
surrounded by his family on Thanksgiving Day.
Born in Broken Bow, OK in 1934, he moved to Burney, CA with his parents in 1943. He served in the US Army at Camp Roberts as a sharp shooter in the 50s. He met his wife Georgia while in the Army. They moved to Burney where they raised their 10 children. He was a sawmill worker, carpenter, lumberjack, 2nd hand store and small sawmill owner.
In 1995 he and his family moved to Anderson, CA, and helped raise 6 grandchildren.
Those who knew him knew he cut firewood, never found a yard sale he didn't like, and that McDonalds was his second home.
He is survived by Georgia, his wife of 51 years, six daughters Naomi Drew, Keri Weippert, Shelly Cook, Gini Garcia, Staci Crum, Cristi Williamson, and his 3 sons Jerrol, Jon, and Joel. He is preceded in death by his daughter Denise Vess. He also leaves his sister Leola Toten, Patricia Webb, and brother James. He had 44 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
Services will be held at 11800 Gas Point Road Igo, CA. Thursday December 9th at 2pm
