My life was made richer by this very wonderful woman who always made me feel like I was someone special. Before I even met her, Teri told me what a "Neat Mom" she was and good friend as well. We did meet in Big Bend a very long time ago and I soon saw just what Teri did. I have so many memeoreis of Vicky and Michael John just laughing together. I can almost hear them. Vicky, her laughter and sense of humor will be missed but what she has left each of us with will live on. I am happy you are at peace now Vicky, you deserve it. With much love to you all. Helen

Vicky/Mom, To an adolescent boy, you were more than the next door neighbor lady, you became my true friend. Although I do wish you would have smoked something other than Old Gold Filters. LOL! I'll always remember, admire and respect you for speaking your mind. Your sense of humor and laugh were infectious! We had some crazy good times together! Your lightheartedness helped me/us get through some pretty rough patches... I treasure the memories! As a Mom, I loved you most of all for loving and caring for me... I know you did your best to keep our blended family homogenized, but honestly, what were you and Dad thinking? LOL! I know I didn't tell you how much you meant to me as often as I should have and I'm sorry I wasn't there to offer you comfort before you went away... I never stopped loving you and I know you never stopped loving me and my family. Rest well Mom... My prayer is that we'll be together again!
I love you, Paul

Vicky, my neighbor, friend and character was truly one of a kind. Even in her later years when she would show up on my doorstep with a long face and sad look and ask me to help her do some little thing for her. I will miss her and miss seeing her children who all became friends of mine.

I just want to let everyone know what a sweet and caring mother-in-law I had. She loved everyone. She was always wanting to know where Jim and I were in our travels cross country. When we bought a new truck, she was always as excited as we were. Sadly to say she wasn't able to know about or see our new truck we just bought , but Mom, Jim and I dedicate our truck in MEMORY OF YOU . She always use to love the holidays and having all of her family close to her. She was such a giving and caring person. We love you MOM and you will forever be missed!

I have such fond memories of Vicky. During my childhood she was like a second mother to me. She was the "at home" mom while my mom was a working mom. The things I remember are the small things, spending the night at her house with you Teri, the pool always open for all the neighborhood kids, and one special time when I really needed my mom but she was at work, dear Vicky was my "life saver".
I will miss all the funny stories that were passed on to me from my "best buddy", Teri.
My thoughts are with you all-
Love Lorraine
