William "Bill" Richard Alvarez, age 53
A resident of San Bernardino passed away December 1, 2013. He worked at IHOP for the past 21 years.
Preceded in death by his Parents, Alfred (Kiddo) and Pauline Alvarez, and, a special niece Marianne Meza.
He leaves behind his life partner of 28 years Fred T. Fogg II; 3 step children: Vanessa Doyle, Vicky Fogg, Fred T. Fogg III. 2 Sisters, Virginia Parra, Anna Vargas; 4 brothers, Antonio Meza, Robert Meza, Daniel Meza , Alfred Alvarez. 16 nieces, 15 nephews, many grand nieces and nephews as well as his IHOP Family.
The family would like to give a special recognition and thanks to his IHOP family and, to the County of Riverside for their show of kindness and generosity to the family during this difficult time.
Memorial Service: Friday, December 20 5:30 – 6:30 pm @ Mt. View Mortuary & Cemetery, 570 E Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404
Memorial reception immediately following the services in the Mt. View Mortuary reception hall.
