The last of his generation of brothers and sisters. Survived by his wife, Del Laverne, and sons, grandchildren and great grand- children. Retired Postmaster of Crestline and spent the next 22 years as a volunteer at the VA hospital in Loma Linda. Served in the Navy during WWII. Memorial Service Sunday, Dec. 2 at 2 P.M. University Church, 11125 Campus St. Loma Linda, CA. Reception following. In lieu of flowers, make donations to a veterans charity.
