Florentine "Tina" Ann Zielomski,
Passed unexpectedly on December 19, 2013. She was born October 12, 1924 in Reading, PA, where she grew up. Tina married Edmund J. Zielomski on July 19, 1945, and started her journey as a military wife. Throughout the years, she moved her family as they followed Ed to Air Force bases all over. She was a loving wife and mother, and took the extra steps to make each house her home. Tina and Ed finally settled in Diamond Bar.
Tina enjoyed playing bridge, bingo and bowling, was a Girl Scout leader, a member of many Women's Clubs, and did volunteer work whenever she could. She was an avid Angels, Dodgers, and Lakers fan. Tina was a loving and giving person, who will be sorely missed by all who were fortunate to know her.
Tina is survived by her husband of 68 years, her brother Jack and his wife Joan of Jacksonville, FL, daughter Carol and her husband Jim of Bluffton, SC, son John and his wife Carol Lee of Colorado Springs, daughter Debby and her partner Mike of Fort Mohave, AZ, son Terry of Diamond Bar, grandchildren Michele, Allison, Eric, and Jeffrey, and great-grandchildren Austin, Brandon, and Jasper.
Services will be Monday, January 27th, at St. Denis Church in Diamond Bar. She will then be put to rest at the National Cemetery in Riverside. There will be a celebration of her life at her home in Diamond Bar.
