James V. Quiroz (Jim)
Age 88 passed away on November 16, 2012. He was born on June 8, 1924. He was a native son of San Bernardino. Jim joined the airforce and was a WW II vet. He loved his country and after the military he continued to work in aeronatics for Norton Air Force Base for 33 years. Jim loved any and all outdoor adventures. He loved his family and firiends. He was the root of his family. He was honest, forthright, and a hard worker. He came into being the man that everyone admired and truly loved.
The Love of his life was his late wife of 50 years Faye Quiroz. He also loved his 2 daughters, Marian Kirtley and Gemma Greene Kirby. Like no other they where his life.
He also loved his grandchildren like they were his own Traci Palmer (Doug), Troy Kirtley (Tricia), Try Kirtley (Sylvan) and Jeff Greene (Celeste). His great grandchildren, Trevor, Trad, Jared, Samantha, Amanda, Trevan, Treslyn, Ethan, and Jacob. Also, in memory of his grandchildren Ty Kirtley and Jenifer Greene.
Dedicated to our dad and grandpa who we honor we are going to miss you everyday so we say to you,
"Never mind the weather let the wind blow!"
Services will be held at Montecito Cemetary, 3520 E. Washington St. Colton at 1 PM, Friday, Nov. 30th.
