Caleb Cowan Obituary
He is survived by his parents, John Jr. and JoAnne Buck and two brothers, Trevor and Aiden of the home, grandparents, John R. and Tammy Buck of Grifton, grandparents, Sharon and David Smouse of Orlando, Florida, grandparent, Linsey Cowan of Portsmouth, Virginia, great-grandparents, Sam and Janie Cowan of Williamston, Sallie Buck of Ayden, Christine and Ed Harrill of Forest City, NC, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and extended family.
Caleb was a wonderful son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin, friend, basketball player, sportsman, church member and camper. He loved everyone he met. He always put others first. What an example he was for all of us!
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in memory of Caleb Cowan( Buck) to one of the following: Camp Don Lee,315 Camp Don Lee Rd, Arapahoe, NC, 28510, Ayden United Methodist Church, PO Box 335, Ayden, NC 28513, or Elm Grove Original Free Will Baptist Church, 5403 Weyerhaeuser Rd., Ayden, NC 28513.

Rest In Peach Caleb. My thoughts are with Caleb's family. Everything I've heard about him has been positive. I never met Caleb but I have shed many tears for him this week.
