COLEBROOK >> Joseph C. Fratalone, 89, formerly of Stillman Road, Colebrook, husband of the late Rosemarie Fratalone, died Saturday, June 29, 2013 at Apple Rehab, surrounded by his devoted caregivers. His longtime friend, the man he considered the son he never had, Mark Harol, was holding his hand as he peacefully slipped into eternity.

Joe was drafted in the Army Air Corp where he served during W.W. II as a B-17 crew member participating in over 35 bombing missions over Europe.
