WINSTED >> It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dennis O. Langevin of 80 Chestnut St., Winsted. Dennis unexpectedly passed away on March 14, 2013.
He was predeceased by his parents, Oriole J. Langevin and Dorothy P. Langevin. He is survived by his brother, Bruce (Jeb) Langevin and his wife, Marion of Tariffville; his sister, Margaret Yahemiak and her husband, Jack of Wirtz, Virginia; and several nieces and nephews. Dennis was born on March 27, 1944 and lived in the area most of his life. He was a local musician of renown who performed with many bands both here and in California. Most notably, Burgundy Sunset locally and Van Morrison on the West Coast. His laughter and talent will be greatly missed.
A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
