TORRINGTON >> Paul Reznick, 92, of Torrington, passed away Tuesday, July 23, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. He was the husband of Marilyn (Morrison) Reznick. Paul was born in Cementon, Pennsylvania on March 14, 1921, a son of the late Anna (Pisarcik) and Paul Reznicak.
He served in the U.S. Army in WW II.
He worked as a Typesetter at Torrington Register before his retirement. He was an avid bowler and served as secretary for the Merchant League for many years. He enjoyed the Red Sox and OTB.
In addition to his wife he leaves his daughter Anne Canfield and husband Jerry, sisters Anne Buckley of Torrington and Irene Blazek of Litchfield, brother and sister-in-law Richard and Sandy Morrsion and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers Albert and Richard Reznick and sister Mary Caruso.
The Funeral Procession will leave the Funeral Home Friday at 9 a.m. to Sacred Heart Church, Torrington, for a Mass at 9:30 a.m. Burial will follow at New Saint Francis Cemetery. Friends may call at Phalen Funeral Home Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.
